Where do I park?

There is free parking in front of our building or across the street.

How many party guests can you accommodate?

Our Birthday Packages include 12 party guests, however, we can accommodate up to 18 party guests. An additional fee of $50 per child will be added for each additional guest.

Our Girl Scout Package can accommodate up to 18 Girl Scouts for Demonstration.

What if I have less than 12 party guests?

We are happy to host your party with less than 12 party guests however, please note that our minimum party pricing will remain in effect.

Can party guests’ parents stay for the party?

We are a drop-off event as we have a limited capacity in our party room for extra parents.

Do we need to bring our own decorations?

Our party room is fully decorated so you can walk in and get the party started!

Are you a nut-free facility?

We are not a nut-free facility.

Do you require a deposit to book a party?

Yes, we require a $250 deposit which non-refundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Venmo or Credit Card.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made up to 3 weeks prior to your event. After that time, your deposit will not be refunded. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, your party must be canceled or rescheduled to a new date by Wednesday at noon.
